NEET UG photo and signature resizer
NEET (UG) 2026 asks for a passport size photo, your signature and images of the fingers and thumb impressions of each hand, all as JPG/JPEG. NTA sets the KB range for each but no pixel size, so the resizer uses a clear, light size well inside it. Free, no sign-up, and your files stay on your device.
Taken after 1 January 2026, colour or black & white, face filling 80% of the photo with ears visible, white background, no mask. JPG/JPEG, 10–200 KB.
Output: 350 × 450 pixels (NTA sets no pixel size; this one is clear and light), 10–200 KB, JPEG. Source: NEET (UG) 2026 Information Bulletin, NTA . Checked 24 October 2026.
Stays on your device: resized in your browser, never uploaded.

Tips so your form isn't rejected
Photo
A recent, real photo: face straight to the camera, light or white background, no cap or dark glasses, no shadows. Don't use filters or AI-edited photos.
Signature
Sign in black ink on plain white paper, in your usual handwriting (IBPS rejects capital letters). Photograph it flat in daylight, then crop close before resizing.
Live photo (SSC, IBPS, UPSC)
Sit facing a window or a light, in front of a plain wall. Remove your cap and spectacles, look straight at the camera, and never hold up a printed photo.
Questions
- What are the NEET photo rules?
- A photo taken after 1 January 2026, in colour or black and white, with your face filling 80% of the photo and both ears visible, on a white background and without a mask. JPG/JPEG, 10–200 KB.
- What pixel size should my NEET photo be?
- NTA's bulletin gives a KB range (10–200 KB) but no pixel size. The resizer makes it 350 × 450 pixels: clear enough to check, and well inside the KB range.
- How do I upload my NEET finger and thumb impressions?
- Take a clear photo or scan of the impressions of each hand, then resize each hand's image here to a JPG of 10–200 KB.
- Is this resizer free?
- Yes. It's free, needs no account, and runs in your browser: your photo and signature are never uploaded to us.
- My photo is under the minimum KB. What does the resizer do?
- It first uses the highest JPEG quality. If a small, clean image is still under the minimum, it adds empty padding inside the file to reach the minimum size. The picture itself doesn't change.
- Which KB does the resizer count, 1000 or 1024 bytes?
- Both. Files are kept at or under the maximum counted in 1000-byte KB, and at or above the minimum counted in 1024-byte KB, so they pass either kind of check.
- Can I use an AI-edited photo for an exam form?
- No. Exam bodies compare your photo with you on the exam day and, in many exams, with a live photo taken in the form. Use a real, recent, unedited photo of yourself.
